Payment of Goods by Cheque/Money Order. Cheques
must be made out to “Tillymin Services” to the amount
on the FINAL order/invoice. Please await confirmation from Tillymin Services staff on the total cost including freight before sending any cheques or money orders. Your initial 'checkout total' may be revised depending on stock availability and final freight cost.
Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of the funds and subject to stock availability.
Payment Of Goods by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT / Direct Deposit). The customer is to deposit the money into the account of Tillymin Services, whose details can be found during checkout and on complete Tax Invoice. Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of the deposited funds and subject to stock availability.
Clearance of Funds. Tillymin Services will not be responsible for any errors or delays caused by any financial institutions while the payments are being processed.
Ownership of Goods. All goods remain the property of Tillymin Services until full payment is received and/or funds cleared.
Delivery. Delivery will be quoted on by a staff member of Tillymin Services upon your order being received. This delivery charge will depend on the method of transport - either courier or Australia Post. Tillymin Services will always endeavour to find the most competitively priced & reliable transport to your area, but takes no responsibility for untracked items which are not delivered in the "expected" time.
Responsibility for Delivery. Tillymin Services
ceases all responsibility for the goods upon handing to the carrier.
We will do our best in resolving any delivery situations for you.
We have options for freight through both couriers and Australia Post which CAN include basic insurance - if you require cover for your item(s), please enquire before finalising your order.
There are specific instructions which you must adhere to in order to claim insurance for breakages. We will advise you of the current details at the time of ordering but generally, these include not signing for anything that is obviously broken, and with couriers, you should always add "STC" [subject to check] next to your signature when receiving any unopened parcels with.
Return of Non-Faulty Equipment. Tillymin Services will not normally return or exchange goods for change of mind purchases. All faulty equipment can be handled via warranty claims.
