We endeavour to respond within 24-48 hours and can generally have stocks
shipped to you as soon as payment is received.
Please note, I also work outside the business. This is sometimes causes delays, however, the phone and email are checked all through the day and I now have Tillymin hours set to 9-5pm.
Wherever possible, I always will call or email you ASAP after I receive a message, always within 24hrs.
Please rest assured that any orders placed through the website are processed as quickly as I can - and normally within the normal 1-2 days, the delay has mainly been in sending you an email to say we have sent it! Keep an eye out for your 'order updates' and if you are getting worried, just drop us an email.
