BRAND NEW: FUNDRAISING IN A NEW, EASY WAY!
If your school or community group, not-for-profit association, charity, school P & C, etc registers with Tillymin Services, we can provide them with a unique code which will allow a cash or in-store credit for all sales (excluding freight) that people related to the group make.
All that a group needs to do is to provide its members with their unique reference code (eg. "TDMBA" for the Toowoomba and District Multiple Birth Association), and when they purchase products, if they provide that code in the checkout process, or provide it with any phone or fax orders, the agreed percentage will be paid to the nominated group on a quarterly or other negotiated basis (eg after a fundraising campaigne).
This might be a good way to get some extra funds raised for groups/clubs without anyone needing to collect funds and sort out parcels (etc) once items arrive. All orders will be shipped to individuals ordering and the club never has to do anything except provide their members with our website. The amount that the group fundraises will directly correlate with the amount of effort they put into distributing our name (website, etc) to their members and their friends and family.
The average cash income will be around 10-15%, and the in-store credit will be approximately 15-20% on average. The table below summarises the return from the different categories. All of the calculations will be done by Tillymin Staff - no calculations required for organisations who register with us!

^^^ - Items which have already been reduced in our specials are often close to, or below cost-price. We will always try to offer a higher percentage, but we guarantee the minimum listed in the table above.
We actually recommend that we do a more traditional "fundraising drive" with your group for 2-3 weeks, where we can help you with promotional posters and letters to print and display on noticeboards or in newsletters (etc)... and we will offer you a higher fundraising rate during this time to help your efforts.
In the future we hope to have some sort of redemption code to put into the 'checkout' and people can obtain extra specials as well as the fundraising for their group. This will be a feature down the track. For now it will just be a code to go into the general comments box during checkout.
I also hope that with a successful launch of this fundraising scheme, that we will be able to offer items for purchase that will accrue extra funds (ie higher percentage than above or a set $ amount for certain items).
Remember, all that any club, association or community group needs to do is to contact me and I can take them through the straight-forward registration purpose. We will ask for some basic proof of association or registration as a not-for-profit assocation, incorporated group etc. We are also happy to discuss individual fundraising programs (eg for sports people/teams, etc) on a one-on-one basis.
We hope to help the many community organisations around Australia to raise some funds with out the need for selling junk food, running fun-runs or other events and to boost funds that may be already raised from these events.
