Shipping
Our shipping estimates have improved significantly lately with an addition of a new module. The values provided are a good guide, but for some products like decal paper, or larger products which may require extra packing, the estimate may not be 100% accurate. You will get an automatic email when you place your order which will tell you all the costs as estimated within the shopping cart. This will be listed as "pending" within your order history and emails regarding that item. If you receive a message which shows "processing" - this means that we have updated the status of your order and we are checking stocks, packing and preparing it. We may give you updates within these emails about items which are low in stock or alternatives to what you may have ordered. We try to let you know once we have sent your parcel, but this does not always happen until a day or two after your parcel has been sent. Sometimes we let you know we will be sending it the next day - please read the messages included with the update emails, or login to your account and read the updates there.
IMPORTANT:
We are gradually
improving the site to be more accurate, but please be aware that
shipping will be calculated upon completion (packing) your order. Any
totals provided in checkout are provisional only and will be confirmed
by a SECONDARY
follow-up email (listed in the system as "processing") and/or phone
call. Please note, generally the automatically quoted figure is higher
than it will eventually be - even including the registered post or
insurance costs (depending on what your shipping choice is).
We are now automatically sending all
non-satchel parcels including "registered post". This allows $100
insurance to be included with every parcel as a minimum
(which can be increased by request), and also will allow us a certain
amount of tracking on the parcel. We will generally insure the parcel
for the total value of goods, which may be extra on top of the standard registered post costs. If you have an idea how big your item is,
you are welcome to check the cost on the Australia Post website - it
will be similar to that listed on our site.

Other alternatives to Australia Post (for parcels) include Fastway Couriers for our local freight requirements. These services are available to most customers, but price and delivery time will vary.
Fastway couriers are frequently used for deliveries to the majority of Queensland, Northern New South Wales through to Sydney and parts of Victoria and South Australia. If you are ordering smaller quantities of products from other areas of Australia, we may be able to use one of their 3kg satchels for less than express post!
Returns
Returns will only be accepted on items which are faulty or not as described (as per Office of Fair Trading and legal requirements). We do not accept returns due to change-of-mind. For more details of our Return Policy, please peruse the "privacy" area on the left hand side of our site.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INSURANCE WHEN RECEIVING REGISTERED POST PARCELS
If your parcel is sent via Australia Post Registered Post, please keep all of your packaging etc together until you are sure your parcel has arrived undamaged. We may need proof that we packaged the goods appropriately in order to get your goods replaced or refunded.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INSURANCE WHEN RECEIVING PARCELS FROM A COURIER
If you are getting your order via courier, please note, it is VERY important that you do the following when receiving a parcel:
- Check the contents thoroughly while the courier waits (easy if you have a small parcel, but often impractical)
- Sign for the parcel as normal, but after your signature, add "STC" - which means Subject To Check. It allows us to claim on breakages or damage that may not be obvious at the time you sign for the parcel.
Thank you for using our website and please don't hesitate to send as an email with any questions.
